Select Add New

Select the required Work Instruction/Policy from the drop-down list available. To add to the list, refer Policies & Procedures – Work Instructions/ Work Policies

Select the date of issue from the date picker.

To add the name of the person who has reviewed the document, select the name from the list of team members from the drop-down list.

To select which team members who need to view and sign off that they have read & understood the Work Instruction/ Work Policy, there are 2 methods you can use:
You can select from the drop-down list of team members, click on the name you require then select the plus button.
Or, you can select tick button to the right of the plus button and all team members will be added to the list.

When finished selecting team member select save to complete the entry.

NOTE: Each time you update a Work Instruction/ Work Policy with a new version of the same document. Safetyminder will automatically add the new document to this register and all team members selected in the grid will receive a new copy of the document to view and sign off.
