Administration – Staff – Certificates

Under this screen you can maintain all certificates required and their expiry dates.
To add a new certificate select Add New.
You will then need to select which training type the certificate belongs to from the drop-down list.
You can choose from the following headings:
  – Fire & Emergency Evacuation Drill Register
  – Fire Safety Training Register
  – First Aid Training Register
  – Onsite Induction Training Register
  – Skills and Competencies Training Register
–  Training Register

Safetyminder will open the respective register selected:
Complete required fields in each register
To add PDF copy of the certificate select Add File
Locate document on local drive and open.
Add description of certificate if required
Click Save when you’ve finished.
Once saved, Safetyminder will return you to the Certificates page of the staff profile.
