Select ADD NEW:

1. Select the item issued from the drop-down list of PPE items already created.
2. Select the Date & Time the item was issued.
3. Select the name of the person receiving the item from the drop-down list.
4. Select the Re-Issue Date for when the item needs to be replaced.
5. Select the date the item expires (if applicable)
6. The Signed Off box will show a tick when the Person Receiving the item signs it off in the mob app.

Click SAVE
