Registers – Administrative Registers – Key Roles & Responsibilities

Under this section you add all the team members who hold Key Roles & Responsibilities within the company.
The Key Roles & Responsibilities cover the following roles:
Health and Safety Representative (HSR)
Health and Safety Committee Members
Safety Officer
First Aider
Purchasing Officer
Fire & Emergency Warden(s)

To add a team member to any of these roles, you can either double click on the line or select the edit icon.
Select the team member(s) who have been appointed to the specific role and select the plus button to add them to the grid.
Then select save to finish.

Note: Under Safetyminder’s notification system, only people who have been allocated Key Roles & Responsibilities will be able to receive notifications for certain register’s.
