Appraisal History – Mobile

From the Main Menu select Profile.

Select Appraisal History – note the badge indicating action is required.

Click on the item that requires signing off.

Select View Details or View Document.

From View Details you can see a summary and also view the file.

Tap the green sign off ticks to complete the task.
