Safety Memos
Safety Memos are distributed through:
Register/SWMS & Work Instructions/Policies Registers/Safety Memo
- Click +ADD NEW
- Type in a Title
- Date of Issue will auto populate, click the calendar icon to change the date.
- Select “Reviewed by” from the drop down list.
- To select which team members need to view and sign off that they have read & understood the Safety Memo, there are 2 methods you can use:
a. You can select from the drop-down list of team members, click on the name you require then select the plus button.
b. Or, you can select tick button to the right of the plus button and all team members will be added to the list. - Click +ADD FILE – find the file from your local hard drive, highlight and select open.
– The Title is automatically imported, however can be changed at any time.
– You will then need to add your description of this document. - Click SAVE.
NOTE: the review date & time remains blank for Safety Memos.
